ABOUT SCOPE REALTY, LLC
Scope Realty, LLC was created by
Salvatore J. Caeti in 2002. Salvatore noticed that most builders
were far to small to afford a full-time, on-site salesperson.
Salvatore had been approached by several developers and builders in
order to fill this niche in the Real Estate Market.
Since 2002 Scope Realty, LLC has
successfully staffed and marketed several communities from Brighton
to Castle Rock Colorado, marketing and selling homes and communities
from the mid- 200's to homes over 2 million!
Salvatore has over 40 years experience
in sales, marketing, construction and development. Salvatore has
received several awards and recognition for his innovativeness and
creativity in these fields from various councils and fortune 100
companies.
